Three components make up UV DTF (Direct to Film) stickers, a high-tech customized decorative material: adhesive, AB film layer, and UV curing ink. UV irradiation rapidly cures UV-curing ink, creating a layer with excellent adhesion and durability to weather.

The easy peeling and fading of regular stickers is successfully resolved by UV DTF stickers, which are made for high-wear situations in contrast to traditional stickers. The AB film layer gives the sticker exceptional waterproof performance in addition to shielding the ink from outside corrosion.

UV DTF stickers’ superior material qualities and production advantages are primarily responsible for their ability to pass the dishwashing test.

UV DTF stickers are widely used in the customization of tableware and kitchenware. However, it should be noted that items that are in contact with boiling water for a long time (such as the bottom of pots) and stickers made of improperly cured or low-quality materials may not be suitable.
